TERMS 

1. Zarbtech will be known as ‘The Company’ in these Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. 
2. A Return Policy Applies to all orders please see below. 
3. The Customer must obtain written authorisation before cancelling any orders with the Company.  A cancellation fee may apply to cover any costs incurred to the company upon cancelling orders with its suppliers. 

CONDITIONS 

a)         It Is the responsibility of the parent to ensure there is no issue with card payments made to Zarbtech, Zarbtech is not responsible for any dishonor fees or failed transactions. 
b)         Once a parent has taken delivery of an order any damage will be the responsibility of the owner, for which Zarbtech will accept no responsibility. 
c)         Zarbtech accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, Or damage that occurs once items have been signed for by the school or parent. 
d)         Zarbtech will Not place an order with the suppliers without full payment of order. 

RETURNS POLICY 

a)         Computing devices advertised on the store are Special Build Machines and as are sold on a NON RETURN basis. 
b)         Zarbtech does Not accept order cancellations. We may consider requests on a case by case basis made in writing to orders(at)zarbtech(dot)com(dot)au And are subject to approval at the discretion of Zarbtech. If your child Is accepted into another school, you agree that you cannot cancel your order And get a refund. 
c)         Zarbtech does Not provide a refund for change of mind. 
d)         A 20% restocking fee will apply if Zarbtech approves an order change/cancellation. 
e)         If a laptop Is Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) then it Is the parent’s responsibility to notify Zarbtech within 7 days. 

All inward freight will be the responsibility Of the sender. Zarbtech will Not cover the cost Of freight. Please Return the product to the Zarbtech Office address details below.  With the RN (Return number) clearly written On a sticky label On the outside Of a shipping carton – Do Not write Or attach anything directly On the product Or its boxing – damaging the carton may make it unreturnable. If the RN cannot be identified the product will be returned immediately at your expense. 

Zarbtech accepts no responsibility For loss Or damage occurring In transit Or Return. 

Any refunds will Not be paid until such time As goods returned have been receipted by our team and inspected. This process normally takes 1-2 weeks. Once this Is completed a refund amount excluding any restocking fees, freight Or other costs will be made. Refunds will Not be paid On goods that have been opened, damaged Or soiled. 

Special Conditions 

Products supplied On a “No Return” basis can Not be returned To Zarbtech unless the product Is faulty within the warranties imposed by statute And which cannot be excluded by agreement. 

Replacement of items where Zarbtech has provided incorrect goods 

Zarbtech takes full responsibility For the replacing Of goods where it has provided incorrect goods.  When returning goods please contact the Returns Department at orders(at)zarbtech(dot)com(dot)au to obtain a Return number (RN). Where possible products returned for replacement must be in pristine, unopened condition with all seals intact. Opened, damaged Or soiled product may Not be accepted.

Goods will be picked up And returned To our team (see details below) With the RN clearly written On a sticky label On the outside Of a shipping carton – Do Not write directly onto the product Or its boxing – damaging the product may make it unreturnable. If the RN cannot be identified the product will be returned immediately at your expense.

Damaged on Arrival Or Dead On Arrival Products (DOA) 

Should a Zarbtech product be received which Is dead Or damaged On arrival, please notify Zarbtech Returns Department immediately To receive an RN.

If the RN cannot be identified the product will be returned immediately at your expense. 

Zarbtech will make best efforts to repair or replace the product withing a reasonable time frame subject to the supplier availability and constraints (although exceptions To this may occur from time To time). Replaced products will be returned In their original packaging. If a product returned As “dead on arrival” Is found Not To be faulty, you (the customer) will be charged a no-fault fee Of $100.

Deliveries / Collection

Delivery / Collection of products to the purchaser is as directed per the selected order process.

  1. Zarbtech will not hand over any goods without a valid order number and identification to any individual
  2. Zarbtech will not be liable for delays with shipping, deliveries, and collection due to a force majeure event. Zarbtech will undertake best effort to resolve any delays in the purchaser receiving goods where possible.
